How do I join a wedding as a guest?
Ask the couple or planner for their wedding code, then choose Guest on the app's launch screen (or visit the wedding's guest link on the web) and enter the code. No account or password is needed for guest access.
How do I sign in as a couple or planner (Admin)?
Choose Admin on the launch screen, enter your wedding code, then sign in with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. If you don't have a wedding code yet, create a workspace at miraweddings.com.
I forgot my wedding code or password. What do I do?
Email support@clarved.com from the address associated with your wedding and we'll help you recover access. Guests should ask their couple or planner to resend the wedding code.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Check Settings → Notifications → Mira Weddings on your device to confirm notifications are allowed. In the app, the Settings tab also has a notification toggle you can use to re-enable reminders.
Who can see the guest photo album?
Only people signed into that specific wedding — as a guest with the wedding code or as an admin — can view or add to the shared photo album. Admins can remove any photo from the Photos moderation screen.
Does the app use my data for advertising?
No. Mira Weddings has no ads and no third-party trackers. We use basic, non-advertising product analytics (PostHog) to understand feature usage, described in our Privacy Policy.
Does the iOS app work the same as the web app?
The iOS app covers the day-to-day guest and admin experience — timeline, guest info, photos, and messaging. Some planning tools (seating charts, vendor documents, wedding website builder) are currently web-only at miraweddings.com.
How do I delete my account or wedding data?
Email support@clarved.com with your wedding name and the email on the admin account, and we'll process the deletion request.
